Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Restoration Lead Technician to join our growing team. You’ll work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team to restore buildings damaged by water, fire, mold or other causes, removing and demolishing non-restoreable materials and extracting standing water.

You’ll ensure safety and execute project action plans with the Foreman and Supervisors. You must be physically fit, communicate well, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation to Main Office.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting.
• Clean shave face for respirator use as per OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Remove/demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites.
• Extract standing water if needed.
• Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans.
• Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debris.
• Assisting Project Foreman with job site production.
• Maintaining job site safety.
• Execute job action plan for restoration production.
• Contents manipulation.
• Working in confined spaces including heights.
• Utilization of power tools.
• Assist with warehouse duties.
• Identify and place drying equipment.
• Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with Foreman and Supervisors.

Job Summary
