Mitigation Coordinator is responsible for supporting mitigation operations through effective job coordination, scheduling, customer communication, and administrative oversight. This role serves as a central point of contact between field technicians, customers, insurance representatives, and internal departments to ensure mitigation projects are initiated, documented, and progressed efficiently.
The Mitigation Coordinator plays a critical role in emergency response logistics, job file management, and maintaining service quality throughout the mitigation lifecycle.
