Job summary

Magna Exteriors sucht am Standort Meerane einen Mitarbeiter Leitstand Lackieranlage (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Überwachung des Leitstands, das Erfassen von Störungen und die Analyse der Anlagenverfügbarkeit.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Lackierung oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit, arbeiten gern im Team, besitzen Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und unterstützen bei Optimierungen sowie Abmusterungen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Lackierung oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
• Praktische Erfahrung in Industrielackierung und Grundkenntnisse der Applikationstechnik.
• Gute Team-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.

Responsibilities

• Überwachung des Leitstands der Lackieranlage.
• Erfassung und Analyse von Störungen sowie Auswertung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit.
• Begleitung und Bewertung vollautomatischer Lackierprozesse.
• Ursachenanalyse und Problemlösung bei Lackierfehlern.
• Durchführung von Nassbildkontrollen.
• Wartung und Betreuung der Applikationstechnik.
• Optimierung von Applikationsparametern bei Qualitätsabweichungen.
• Betreuung von Abmusterungen und Freigaben von Chargen.
• Stellvertretende Betreuung des Bereichs Lackvorbereitung.
