Job summary

Rhone is seeking a Missy Fit Model to join the Technical Design team on a part-time basis three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) at our Stamford, CT office. You will try on garments during development to help refine fit, drape and appearance across women’s collections, collaborating closely with design, technical and sales teams.

You’ll be photographed during fittings to support documentation and travel with the team on development trips as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior fit modeling is a plus but not required.
• Strong communicator with the ability to give constructive feedback.
• Comfortable trying on a wide range of clothing, including form-fitting pieces.

Responsibilities

• Try on a broad range of garments for design, technical and sales teams to assess fit and appearance.
• Provide clear feedback on fit, movement and feel matching Rhone’s style and product intent.
• Participate in fittings and support showroom meetings with sales and buyers.
• Maintain consistent body measurements and adapt to season-to-season changes.
• Travel with the team for development trips up to two weeks twice a year.
