Job summary

JEO Consulting Group, a Midwest engineering leader, is seeking a Practice Leader for the Transportation Department. The role will lead a team delivering municipal transportation projects, manage client relations, and drive business development while aligning with financial goals.

The ideal candidate has MoDOT project experience, a PE license, and 15+ years in civil engineering focused on transportation. This on-site leadership position offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits

Experience leading transportation projects for public agencies.
Ability to develop and supervise project scopes, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

Prepare proposals, scopes of services, and cost estimates for diverse project types.
Lead interview teams for major pursuits.
Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, funding requests and quality plans for roadway projects.
Oversee development and completion of complex DOT and urban street projects.
Supervise staff or project teams to meet client expectations.
Develop and maintain relationships with Missouri DOT and municipalities.
Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
