Job summary

Relient Health is actively seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, in-person roles across Missouri rehabilitation settings, including SNFs, ALFs, hospitals, and clinics.

Openings are permanent placements (not travel or contract) with competitive statewide salaries ($34-$42/hour) and comprehensive benefits. CFs and experienced SLPs in diverse settings are encouraged to apply, with CF supervision available depending on facility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited SLP program.
• Active Missouri SLP license or eligibility.
• Ability to work full-time in listed Missouri markets.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech, language, cognitive and swallowing plans.
• Provide skilled SLP services in rehabilitation settings.
• Complete standardized assessments and EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with rehab professionals and care teams.
• Support patient progress toward improved communication and safety.
