Job summary

Bomgaars is seeking motivated department leads with retail experience to oversee department operations and provide excellent customer service.

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package, employee discount, flexible schedule, and advancement opportunities. Wage may start at $15 and go up to $19 based on experience, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Agriculture background or product knowledge required.
• Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping.
• Strong time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEADS

Bomgaars is seeking motivated, responsible individuals with retail experience to fill Department Lead positions. Individuals will oversee the operations of various departments while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Agriculture background/Product knowledge
• Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Freight handling/forklift operation
• Cashier
• Sales
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
• Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
• Handling phone calls
• Other tasks as assigned
