Qualifications

• PhD, DMin, or equivalent terminal degree in a theological or ministry-related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated ability to teach effectively, especially online, at the graduate level.
• Strong commitment to and heart for the local church and Wesleyan tradition.

Responsibilities

• Teach a 21 credit hour load per 12-month contract period.
• Oversee relevant courses and develop additional offerings within the discipline.
• Administer Wesley Seminary Undergraduate programs.
• Contribute to program assessment and review processes.
• Engage in committee work and scholarly activity.
• Relocate to Marion, Indiana and maintain regular campus presence.
