Job summary

Anduril Industries in Colorado is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Air Defense team. You will tackle networking, autonomy, systems integration, and robotics challenges, delivering scalable software that powers mission-critical capabilities in real-world environments.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, and mission success, making pragmatic tradeoffs to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in CS, software engineering, math or physics.
• 3+ years with Python, C++, Rust, Go, or JavaScript in data-heavy apps.
• Experience building data-intensive software
• Ability to navigate complex systems and codebases
• Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact
• Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Own software solutions deployed to customers
• Write code to improve products and scale capabilities
• Collaborate across teams to plan, build, test complex functionality
• Create and analyze metrics for debugging and monitoring
• Triage issues and coordinate next steps
• Partner with end-users to turn needs into features while balancing UX
• Travel up to 30% to build, test, and deploy in the real world
