Zusammenfassung

GDIT is seeking a Mission Solutions Engineer to build and deliver mission-critical software for defense programs in cloud, edge, and on‑prem environments. You will drive secure, scalable, and compliant software architectures starting from concept through ATO, collaborating with program leadership and cybersecurity teams.

You’ll apply AI and DevSecOps practices to accelerate delivery, support DoW requirements, and contribute to a Center of Excellence setting technical standards across the Defense

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience using AI for software development.

Aufgaben

• Architect and deliver end-to-end mission software solutions across cloud, edge, and on-premises environments for DoW customers, from concept through ATO.
• Partner with Business Development, the CTO organization, and program leadership to shape new opportunities, respond to solicitations, and grow GDIT’s mission software pipeline.
• Establish and champion modern engineering practices, AI-assisted DevSecOps, automated CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Agile delivery as repeatable standards across programs.
• Apply AI and machine learning technologies to accelerate software delivery, improve decision support, and solve complex operational problems for warfighters.
