Lockheed Martin is seeking a warehouse/logistics associate to manage receipt, storage, and disbursement of materials at the Test Base in Florida. Responsibilities include inventory control, verifying documents, packing parts, and coordinating shipping, with operations supported by basic office and equipment handling skills.

The role requires ability to obtain Top Secret clearance, knowledge of stockroom procedures, and proficiency with computers and documents.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of commercial mathematics and basic stockroom principles and practices.
• Knowledge of disbursing and receiving documents.
• Demonstrated ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions and to operate retrieval and data acquisition systems.
• Requires the ability to use hand or electrical equipment for handling and disbursing of materials.
• Must possess applicable state and/or government vehicle operators licenses.
• Must possess basic knowledge of computer operation and keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock and disburse materials, verify and inventory, and maintain records.
• Receive and unload incoming materials, check against documents, and notify discrepancies.
• Stock materials in correct locations and label items.
• Check disbursing documents for completeness and load materials accordingly.
• Record receipts and disbursements to maintain inventory records and initiate shortages.
• Relocate and rearrange stock, dust and clean stockroom as required.
• Operate office machines and equipment as required.
• Pack parts and materials and prepare shipping container identification.
