Job summary

Air space Intelligence, Inc. is seeking a motivated professional to join our Mission Operations function in the United States. The role focuses on driving execution across business units, removing roadblocks, and ensuring mission success through clear prioritization and proactive problem-solving.

You will embed with leadership to maintain cadence, coordinate standups and decisions, and measure progress with the goal of timely delivery in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities

• Join ASI's Mission Operations group and act as a bridge between operational challenges and mission outcomes.
• Embed directly with business units to drive execution, remove roadblocks, and anticipate needs to keep teams focused on priorities.
• Drive the mission by getting things done and ensuring actions move across teams.
• Set operating cadence and prioritization, run standups, agendas, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Build credibility with customers, government stakeholders, and internal teams through clear communication and delivery.
