• 5+ years of application development and full-stack engineering in production environments.
• 5+ years building enterprise data applications and pipelines (Palantir Foundry/AIP/Gotham, Advana).
• 5+ years building ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data at scale.
• 3+ years translating requirements for senior mission stakeholders to non-technical audiences.
• 2+ years embedded with end users and deploying agentic AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of data/AI solutions from discovery to deployment and sustainment.
• Collaborate with mission owners to design scalable data capabilities and tools.
• Guide customers through emerging technologies and tailor solutions to workflows.
• Support multiple concurrent projects across full‑stack, data science, and AI domains.
