Job summary

Nuro is seeking a Mission Operations Coordinator in Houston to schedule, coordinate, and optimize allocation decisions across multiple missions and geographies. You will use independent judgment daily to respond to dynamic operations and support drivers to meet team goals.

You will also handle emergencies, troubleshoot software issues, and work with cross-functional teams to automate processes and improve flight/logistics workflows.

Qualifications

• 1 year of resource planning, allocation, optimization, reporting, etc. ideally in fleet management, autonomous driving and/or robot operations/logistics.
• Ability to implement a schedule of operating times for the assigned shift including, but not limited to, working on shift rotations.
• Ability to synthesize and work with data to drive insights into operations for other teams to leverage - comfortable with sheets, data studio, Looker.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and optimize fleet operations across geographies; translate weekly plans into daily assignments and track plan vs actual.
• Act as the initial escalation point for troubleshooting of technical and software issues and emergencies; respond with composure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive workflow optimization and process improvements.
