About The Job

Provide post-sales support for Anduril Voyager products.

The position is primarily responsible for working with the Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams in support of the customer’s mission. Provide technical support and training to both internal and external customers with Voyager systems; resolving technical problems in a help desk environment and at customers’ location. We are obsessed with engagement and keeping our finger on the pulse of how customers interact with our products. This helps us improve the user’s experience and evolve their operational tactics and techniques. And if something isn’t quite right, we work with product teams to quickly address the issue on behalf of our customer.
