Job summary

Rincon Research Corporation (RRC) is seeking a Mission Systems Analyst in Tucson, AZ to support DoD and IC customers. The role focuses on translating operational needs into technical solutions, working with software and systems engineers, and ensuring end-user workflows are represented throughout development.

The candidate will evaluate prototypes, develop mission scenarios, and assist with demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in signals intelligence, electronic warfare, or related technical analysis field.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience operating within DoD and/or Intelligence Community mission environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mission and end-user representative within multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational needs and workflows are understood.
• Communicate complex mission concepts clearly to software engineers and stakeholders.
• Provide continuous mission context and feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop mission scenarios, test cases, and evaluation criteria to support development and validation.
• Document observations, findings, and recommendations to leadership and customers.
