Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience leading technical execution of complex software-intensive systems or systems-of-systems.
• Experience collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Experience influencing technical direction in Agile environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical champion for assigned vehicle classes throughout development, integration, and operations.
• Develop expertise in mission objectives, interfaces, and system capabilities.
• Partner with Product Management and OCE to align execution with program milestones.
• Lead Agile teams to ensure delivery of required capabilities and integrations on schedule.
• Identify risks and drive timely resolution across disciplines.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Cyber, and Test teams to deliver mission capabilities.
• Represent the mission area in customer engagements and design reviews.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and partners.
• Influence backlog priorities for necessary technical work.
• Foster cross-organization collaboration for technical trade studies.
