Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Mission Integration Engineer (Starshield) to lead system trades, integrate launch vehicles, spacecraft, and sensors, and support customers from early studies through on-orbit activation. A strong engineering background and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential as you bridge customer requirements with execution across the program lifecycle.

The role involves interfacing with customers at reviews, shaping verification plans, and ensuring end-to-end mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 1+ years of experience with product design, development, manufacturing, integration, and/or test.

Responsibilities

• Key technical leader in all phases of development from proposal to test, flight, and mission execution.
• Ensure contract deliverables are completed on-time and per customer expectations.
• Serve as the customer interface at meetings and reviews to develop interface requirements and verification plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive program success and ensure end-to-end mission success.
• Support all phases of the program through to on-orbit commissioning and educate the customer on designs and methodologies.
