Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Mission Integration Engineer specializing in Space Vehicle Design to join our growing team at the Playa Vista office.

You will turn a modular spacecraft platform into a mission-ready system, coordinating across electrical, mechanical, and software engineers while interfacing with customers. You will conduct mission analysis, assess interfaces, and support system-level testing and validation to ensure mission success and adherence to ITAR/EAR requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years on complex hardware systems (spacecraft preferred) or technical capture management.
• Experience in satellite manufacturing or related aerospace/defense/high-tech industries.

Responsibilities

• Define technical approaches for proposals and cost estimates.
• Perform mission analysis including orbital mechanics and trajectory planning.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and customers for requirements and issues.
