Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking engineering students for a Mission Integration Engineer Intern role.

You will work with the Mission Integration team on end-to-end mission planning and integration across spacecraft programs, gaining exposure to system-level architecture, requirements, and cross-functional collaboration. The internship begins March 2027 or June 2027, offers 40 hours/week full-time and 20 hours/week part-time options, with a 10-12 week program.

Qualifications

• Graduating in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Pursuing a BS or MS in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in spacecraft systems, mission design, and space operations.
• Familiarity with orbital mechanics, space systems, or systems engineering preferred.
• U.S. Person status required due to export-controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Support system-level mission integration activities across spacecraft programs.
• Assist with mission architecture definition across spacecraft, launch vehicle, and operations elements.
• Support requirements analysis, verification, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and operations teams.
