Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Program Integration Lead to guide transitions from research to operational capabilities across the CTO's Mission Technology Lifecycle. You will coordinate complex programs, engage senior stakeholders, and shape integrated transition plans benefiting national-security priorities.

Applicants should have extensive program leadership experience, DoD/IC collaboration background, and a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in a senior program leadership or integration role.
Experience supporting DoD, the Intelligence Community, or federal agency.
Experience leading complex technical programs or organizations.
Experience with senior-level program management in an RDT&E, engineering, technology, or multidisciplinary environment.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and activities across boundaries.
Experience with workforce planning and process improvement.
Ability to develop integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive-level products.

Responsibilities

Coordinate transition activities and anticipate barriers for mission-focused capabilities.
Translate mission needs into clear, actionable transition pathways.
Lead cross-organizational engagement and process development.
Expand skills across systems engineering, data/AI, enterprise integration, and readiness assessment.
Produce transition plans, informed recommendations, and mission-ready outcomes.
