Job summary

Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. You will join a world-changing team as a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE), working directly with federal health and civilian partners to solve high-impact problems on-site and remotely.

You’ll own end-to-end execution, from architecture whiteboarding to deploying data pipelines and AI agents, collaborating with executives and engineers to deliver strategic outcomes with autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong coder with proficiency in Python, Java, C++, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with data processing, storage systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to reason about cost and consequences of technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects.
• Work with customers on-site to understand problems and deliver solutions.
• Build data pipelines, workflows, and AI-enabled deployments.
