Job summary

OurCalling Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our in-kind donation process by receiving, sorting, and stocking donated resources under the direction of the Resources Manager.

You will work closely with volunteers to ensure orderly operations and timely restocking. This role requires a high school diploma, nonprofit or retail experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably nonprofit setting.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sorting, organizing and shelving donated items according to process.
• Manage selection, storage, and reallocation of thrift.
• Coordinate with Guest Services to assess needs and restock efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized resource storage areas at all times.
• Support volunteers and foster a welcoming, hospitable environment.
• Prepare resources for transportation during inclement weather operations.
