• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unrestricted Georgia license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Preferred two years of experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive work team by sharing information and problem-solving with others.
• Supports activities as introduced by skilled nursing facility and Rehabilitation Services.
• Demonstrates superior customer service through courtesy, follow-up and communication.
• Maintains knowledge in clinical areas through seminars and journals.
• Collaborates with the Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines for effective case management.
• Prepares accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and payor requirements.
