Job summary

QuarterLine seeks a skilled Registered Nurse for a position at Ft Hood medical center. The RN will provide patient care across multispecialty clinics, assess patients, administer medications, coordinate referrals, assist with procedures, and document care accurately in the electronic health record.

Ideal candidates have recent hands-on nursing experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with physicians, providers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing from an ACEN/CCNE-accredited program.
• 1 year of clinical or inpatient experience within the last 2 years in multispecialty settings.
• Current, active RN license and BLS/ACLS certification per requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Administer medications and wound care; document care in the EHR.
• Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare professionals.
• Triage and coordinate referrals, education, and health promotion.
• Assist with examinations and procedures; communicate plans to the care team.
