Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Retail experience with cash handling and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and donors, creating a welcoming shopping experience.
• Support sales, opening/closing procedures, and daily deposits.
• Maintain displays, inventory turnover, and store cleanliness.
• Provide direction in absence of management and report concerns promptly.
