Job summary

Origami Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one rehabilitation services at our Mason campus, with occasional coverage at Lansing campuses. The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, education of clients, and adherence to Origami’s mission and core values.

The candidate will hold a Michigan Physical Therapy license, complete CBIS and CPR/First Aid/AED training provided by Origami, and contribute to outcome-driven client care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and state licensure in Michigan.
• CBIS certification will be provided by Origami.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certifications will be provided by Origami.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, document, and implement treatment plans for clients.
• Educate staff, clients, and external stakeholders on home exercise programs and PT modalities.
• Observe confidentiality and protect client information.
• Maintain and document evaluations, notes, progress reports, and billing.
• Delegate and oversee plans of care with PTAs as appropriate.
• Maintain caseload levels and contribute to documentation systems.
