Job summary

Helsing is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery and delivery of products that unlock sovereign defence capabilities. You will identify what Helsing needs to build, then unite the company to deliver it, spanning commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, product design and technical architecture.

Working with customers, engineers and leadership, you will move ideas from concept to prototype and from prototype to production, grounding decisions in mission impact.

Qualifications

• Understand the full scope of product management from strategy to architecture.
• Guide teams through discovery and co-creation of new products.
• Learn quickly across unfamiliar domains and translate knowledge into decisions.
• Build relationships across engineering, research and commercial teams.
• Communicate fluently in German and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define and steward the product vision and roadmap for your area, translating customer needs into prioritised plans.
• Lead structured discovery sessions with customers to validate hypotheses and shape go-to-market positioning.
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across engineering, AI research and programme management.
• Shape commercial strategy in alignment with Helsing's mission and growth objectives.
• Define and track success metrics and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
