Jobot is seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join a growing outpatient clinic in the Bronx, delivering integrated, whole-person care to underserved communities. You will influence clinical workflows, care delivery, and patient outcomes as the program develops, with potential growth into leadership.

Qualificações

• MD/DO with NY medical license or ability to obtain.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience with underserved populations and integrated care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services.
• Serve underserved and high-need patient populations.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, SUD, and care management teams.
• Participate in team-based care coordination and interdisciplinary discussions.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient outcomes.
