Job summary

Siloam Health in Nashville is seeking Advanced Practice Providers to deliver culturally sensitive primary care to a diverse patient population, working with a multidisciplinary team to address physical, social, emotional, and spiritual health needs. You will diagnose, treat, and manage illnesses, order tests, and provide preventive care while maintaining comprehensive medical records under supervision.

Required: Tennessee APRN/PA license, Master’s degree, board certification, and at least one

Qualifications

• Tennessee APRN or PA license required.
• Master’s degree in specialty field.
• National board certification required.
• Minimum one year primary care experience; more preferred.
• Experience serving multicultural patient populations.
• Language proficiency in English and Spanish or Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical exams.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses in children and adults.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Provide preventive care and health education.
• Collaborate with on-site multidisciplinary care team and outside specialists.
• Perform minor procedures as indicated and as trained.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Practice under physician supervision as required by law.
• Remain current in health care trends and research.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement activities.
• Train volunteers and students as needed.
