Fellowship Recovery LLC is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with the CEO, HR, and external CPA to strengthen processes and reporting while supporting responsible growth.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership in budgeting, GAAP compliance, and grant accounting, with a focus on Housing Support funding. Hybrid work in Saint Louis Park, MN is provided.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible accounting/finance experience.
  • Strong budgeting, reporting, and internal controls.
  • Experience preparing financial statements.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
  • Develop and monitor organizational budgets.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and cash flow projections.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain general ledger integrity and oversee accounting processes.
  • Coordinate annual financial audits and liaise with CPA/tax professionals.
  • Develop executive dashboards and financial reports for leadership.
