Good Samaritan in Park River, ND is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care to residents in long term care during night shifts. The role operates under supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, following the care plan to ensure resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications include ND LPN license and preferably an Associate degree in Practical Nursing.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current ND license.
• IV therapy/management may be required per ND board.
• Must complete CEUs and competency training as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per care plan.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care, outcomes, and changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
