Job summary

Signature HealthCARE seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the overall operations of a long-term care and post-acute facility. You will drive person-centered care, strong survey outcomes, and census growth by partnering with clinical and therapy teams to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri LNHA license or eligible and in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
