Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, branding, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with professional graphic design and video editing software including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, DiVinci, Final Cut, and WordPress.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience in nonprofit or faith-based organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics and visual assets across initiatives.
• Design digital and print materials such as social graphics, event materials, and campaigns.
• Maintain consistency with brand standards and visual identity.
• Translate concepts into clear visual communications.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to identify creative needs and deliver assets.
• Develop concepts for campaigns and organizational initiatives.
• Prepare graphics for digital, print, and multimedia formats.
• Create and edit video content covering ministry stories and events.
• Edit footage into polished pieces for social media, websites, and presentations.
• Support video production (lighting, audio, setup) as needed.
• Create short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
• Enhance storytelling with graphics, captions, music, and transitions.
• Repurpose longer videos into platform-specific content.
• Maintain an organized library of footage and assets.
