Responsibilities

• Maintaining and preserving real property assets, reducing costs, and ensuring quality facility services.
• Coordinate all on-site building operations, maintenance, alterations, cleaning, safety, security.
• Handle customer service requests and coordinate appropriate actions or resolutions; manage contractors and scheduling.
• Assess repairs or enhancement needs and coordinate necessary repairs or projects.
• Analyze and monitor building systems to meet customer needs and plan lifecycle assessments.
• Prepare specifications, estimates, and monitor repairs by contractors; cover electrical, water, and other utilities.
• Demonstrate ability to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, stairs).
• Other duties as required.
