Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field related to business, nonprofit management, or ministry preferred.
• Minimum of five years of executive leadership experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
• Proven track record leading multiple departments and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience managing budgets, organizational systems, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to build relationships across an organization.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while gaining alignment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Pastor to implement the organization's vision and strategic initiatives.
• Provide executive leadership and organizational oversight across ministry and operational functions.
• Lead the Senior Leadership Team with priorities, expectations, communication, and accountability.
• Develop and implement organizational systems, processes, and best practices for growth.
• Promote a healthy mission-focused culture built on teamwork, integrity, and servant leadership.
• Oversee departments such as Family Ministry, Community Ministry, Marketing & Outreach, Operations, Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, Admin, Risk Management, and Vendor Relationships.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and staff development.
