Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking an Electronics Engineer to support reverse engineering of electronic materials for US Navy mission sets. You will analyze circuits, RF modules, and embedded devices, with hands-on lab work and occasional field deployments to partner sites.

You will report findings to DoD leadership, develop schematics, and contribute to intelligence assessments while maintaining chain-of-custody and documentation. This role requires U.S. citizenship and a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with 5–15 years in a relevant field.
• Experience in electronic circuit design and PCB assembly.
• RF field experience and lab instrumentation operation.

Responsibilities

• Join reverse engineering and digital forensics team and grow professionally.
• Support DoD mission by analyzing electronic devices and systems.
• Brief critical findings to military and DoD civilian leadership.
• Develop accurate schematics of electronics systems and capture data.
• Maintain chain of custody and deploy to remote locations as needed.
