Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Data Engineer to orchestrate data from structured and unstructured sources, building pipelines and platforms that unlock insights for national security and civilian missions. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, apply ML-ready data preparation, and ensure scalable data platforms across challenging environments.

The role requires 5+ years of data software development, 3+ years in Python/SQL/Scala/Java, and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience creating software to retrieve, parse, and process data.
• 3+ years in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java.
• 3+ years building scalable ETL/ELT workflows for reporting and analytics.
• Experience in collaborative, cross-functional teams and with version control.
• HS diploma or GED; ability to obtain Security+ within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Develop pipelines and platforms to organize disparate data.
• Guide a multi-disciplinary team on data engineering activities.
• Manage data exploration and the design, building, and maintenance of scalable platforms.
• Support client missions from fraud detection to cancer research.
