Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership and operational authority over all Wesley Village programs and services.
Lead, mentor, and support a department head leadership team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, service excellence, and ethical leadership.
Ensure leadership continuity through effective succession planning and staff development.
Oversee development and execution of the annual operating and capital budgets.
Monitor financial performance, census trends, and service line sustainability.
Lead long-range strategic planning in partnership with the Board of Directors.
