Qualifications

• A practicing Catholic who upholds the teachings and traditions of the Catholic Church.
• Five (5) years teaching experience, preferably in a Catholic high school.
• Three (3) years administrative experience, preferably in a Catholic high school.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide the academic integrity of the school.
• Coordinate and supervise curriculum development and instructional planning.
• Observe and evaluate educational personnel and monitor all educational systems.
• Enhance the culture and mission of the school.
• Lead mission effectiveness and faith leadership in keeping with the Roman Catholic Church tradition.
• Designs positive school culture through student formation, activities, and behavior management.
• Implements systems and programs to support the integral development of all students.
• Assists with the implementation of the strategic plan and enrollment management.
• Collaborates with President and leadership on day-to-day operations and Catholic identity.
