Job summary

Jane Pauley Community Health Center, Inc. in Anderson, Indiana, is seeking a Masters-level Behavioral Health Therapist to join our mission-driven team.

You will deliver psychosocial assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention to patients in a medically underserved community. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, you will support care transitions, document in the EHR, and connect patients with community resources and protective services as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or community-based mental health services.
• Strong knowledge of mental health concepts and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide short-term therapy and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure integrated care.
• Coordinate services to support transitions across levels of care.
• Document accurately in the EHR.
• Engage community resources and protective services.
• Participate in team-based care meetings and quality initiatives.
