Job summary

Bishop Lynch High School in Dallas, TX seeks a mission-driven assistant women’s lacrosse coach to lead the program and coordinate development and promotion of women’s lacrosse. The head and assistant coaches will provide leadership and oversight at practices, games, and events, upholding TGHSLL rules and high ethical standards.

The role demands strong motivation, professional behavior, and the ability to inspire student-athletes across the lacrosse program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the sport of lacrosse.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, motivate, and develop each student-athlete while teaching lacrosse techniques and strategies.
• Lead and promote members of the women’s lacrosse program.
• Serve as a positive role model for students and the community.
• Plan and attend summer lacrosse camp.
• Support organization and scheduling of practice sessions and game strategies.
• Attend all games and practices and TGHSLL events as necessary.
• Maintain inventory and care of equipment/uniforms.
