Job summary

Swarm Aero is redefining air power with the world’s largest swarming UAV and a versatile swarm network. You will expand adoption of Legion software, working directly with customers to understand needs and shape opportunities.

You will collaborate with engineers to build products for client missions and manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts. You will travel 25-75% and interface with government or military customers, contributing to a national security mission and high-growth defense

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, capture, product management, or technical sales in defense or regulated industry.
• Experience with complex hardware/software systems and the teams that build them.
• Track record of managing multi-stakeholder technical projects or accounts.
• Comfort operating with government or military customers (DoD, military, or contractor experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own your portfolio from day one with radical responsibility and rapid iteration.
• Engage closely with clients to understand challenges and translate them to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Swarm Aero engineers to build solutions aligned with client needs.
• Identify, evaluate and pursue opportunities; contribute ideas to the team.
• Provide organization and insights to complex information; produce clear communications.
• Lead mission execution and manage complex accounts and relationships.
