Job summary

WiSC Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer, Consulting to support DoD, IC, and Federal clients in development, integration, modernization, and sustainment of mission-critical systems. The role covers the full lifecycle from requirements analysis to operational support across hybrid, onsite, or customer-location environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience supporting DoD, IC, or Federal programs
• Experience with lifecycle processes, requirements analysis, testing, and verification methodologies
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity principles
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities and ability to work both independently and in teams
• Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret/SCI preferred

Responsibilities

• Support systems engineering activities throughout the system lifecycle from concept to sustainment
• Analyze requirements and translate mission needs into technical solutions and system specifications
• Develop system architectures, interfaces definitions, engineering documentation, and analyses
• Manage requirements, traceability, verification, and validation efforts
• Support integration of hardware, software, network, cloud, and cybersecurity capabilities
• Conduct systems analysis, trade studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, developers, and government stakeholders
• Support Agile, DevSecOps, and digital engineering efforts
• Participate in configuration management, change management, and systems documentation
• Provide technical support for cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, data integration, and cybersecurity compliance
• Develop technical briefings, implementation plans, and executive-level reports
• Assist with proposal development, technology capture, and business development as needed
