Qualifications

• Extensive satellite systems engineering background.
• Experience in warfighter-satellite programs and DoD acquisition practices.
• Skills in requirements development, architecture, SE milestones.
• Proven ability to manage complex test operations and trade studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop procedures to test integrated space vehicle assemblies.
• Serve as SME for ground/test software and avionics test equipment.
• Develop test criteria and pass/fail requirements.
• Lead reviews and communicate with Government and contractors.
• Prepare risk assessments and briefings for customers.
• Support verification and validation planning.
• Engage with development contractors on designs and tests.
• Translate customer needs into actionable test requirements.
