Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical QA/QC Lead / Manager to lead quality programs across MEP and mission-critical systems on data center and critical infrastructure construction projects in the Abilene, TX area.

Pay: $225,000-$260,000/year, based on experience

Location: Abilene, TX

Schedule: Full-time mission-critical construction role; schedule based on project needs

Type: Contract

Responsibilities
  • Lead QA/QC program execution across MEP and mission-critical systems
  • Implement inspection plans, enforce quality standards, and support project quality expectations
  • Manage quality documentation, audits, reporting, deficiency tracking, and punch-list resolution
  • Coordinate with commissioning teams to ensure system readiness for energization, testing, turnover, and closeout
  • Drive defect resolution and corrective actions before client turnover milestones
  • Communicate quality risks, trends, and action items clearly to project leadership and field teams
Requirements
  • QA/QC leadership experience in construction, MEP, mission-critical, data center, or critical infrastructure environments
  • Experience implementing inspection plans, quality documentation, audits, and corrective-action processes
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning readiness, turnover milestones, and project specifications
  • Ability to lead quality conversations with field teams, project leadership, trades, and commissioning groups
  • Strong reporting, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, or commissioning background preferred
  • Ability to work in Abilene-area project environments and complete any onboarding requirements
