Job summary

Quevera is seeking a highly skilled Oracle APEX / PL/SQL Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

You will design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise web applications built on Oracle technologies, leveraging APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3 to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with Oracle technologies.
• Strong Oracle APEX experience.
• Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL knowledge.
• Experience with REST APIs and Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/jQuery and HTML5/CSS3 within APEX apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance enterprise Oracle APEX applications.
• Develop complex database functionality using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, dynamic SQL).
• Build responsive Oracle APEX UIs with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Customize APEX components including Interactive Grids/Reports, forms, validations, and shared components.
• Implement client-side functionality and APEX JavaScript APIs.
• Develop and integrate RESTful services with APEX apps and external systems.
• Optimize SQL performance and troubleshoot application, PL/SQL, and browser issues.
• Ensure security using APEX authentication/authorization and secure coding practices.
• Participate in requirements, design, code reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing production support.
