FusionICS, LLC in Washington, DC seeks a Network Systems Engineer to design, configure, and maintain enterprise and ICS networks across campus environments. You will oversee VPNs, encryption, RMF documentation, and incident response, ensuring secure, scalable connectivity and compliance with DoD requirements.

The role demands TS clearance eligibility, DoD contracting familiarity, and hands-on expertise with Cisco, Fortinet, and Juniper platforms, fiber/CAT6, and field inspections to support

Formación

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Professional certifications (NSE, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP) or equivalent; 10+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years in network engineering with emphasis on protocols and infrastructure standards.
• 2+ years in dedicated network engineering or administration role.
• 2+ years with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) networks.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, configure, and manage routing, switching, and firewall hardware across Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper environments.
• Design and maintain Enterprise VPN architectures (IPsec) and secure network enclaves.
• Configure, deploy, and manage digital encryptors.
• Analyze network appliances, software, and encryption tech to develop RMF documentation (NIST SP 800-37).
• Prepare and monitor network disaster procedures and infrastructure recovery solutions.
• Review designs and oversee fiber optic and cabling deployments across facilities.
• Ensure compliance with pathways, cable management, and distribution points.
