Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking an MEP Coordinator to organize planning, installation, startup, and commissioning of key MEP equipment in Mission Critical environments, healthcare, and TI projects. You will coordinate MEP models, review submittals, and work with subs and vendors to close punch items.

Responsibilities include coordinating commissioning documentation, tracking MEP progress, and providing guidance to the MEP team. All candidates must submit a resume with their application.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with MEP installation, BIM Modeling, and Construction Management.
• Experience with PLCs, control systems, process instrumentation, and/or building management systems.
• Ability to read plans and specifications; strong computer skills preferred.
• Ability to coordinate solutions with design engineers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management Team with Preconstruction MEP information management.
• Support and schedule 3D Model coordinator for assigned projects.
• Track MEP related MOPs and cutover activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate commissioning documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning agent.
• Process Vendor startup and commissioning.
• Assist with organizing MEP client training.
• Train and provide guidance to MEP Team on MEP concepts and installation details.
