Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking an IT System Administrator for the ACC A2 program at Langley AFB, VA. This in-person role supports government networks and VTC systems, requiring A2 readiness and experience with TS/SCI classified environments.

You will manage system maintenance, user provisioning, and VTC upgrades, ensuring 100% operability while complying with DISA STIGs and IA policies. Strong teamwork and security posture are essential for success in this customer-facing position.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• IAT-Level II Certification required.
• Experience in IT maintenance, technical support, system administration, and network management.
• Familiarity with NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance and Support: maintain Government networks and VTC systems, install, upgrade, and admin hardware/software; manage IT inventory.
• User Account Management: provision, modify, and deprovision users across NIPR/SIPR/JWICS using ADUC, NetIQ, and IAO Express.
• VTC System Management: assist installation/upgrades of VTC systems up to TS/SCI; troubleshoot to 100% operability.
• Network Infrastructure Maintenance: maintain ethernet and fiber, SFPs, media converters, Cisco/HP switches.
• IT Support and Troubleshooting: provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, monitoring, and problem resolution.
• System Administration: perform imaging, software installs, and patch management across security classifications.
• Compliance and Documentation: adhere to IA policies, STIGs, AFNETOPS; maintain diagrams and inventory records.
